Return Policy.

Due to the nature of Lingerie & Clothing, all sales are final for Lingerie & Clothing products.  Refund will only be accepted if item is defected   

We would refund within one week after we receive the returned of defected items.  We pay for all postage  It takes about one week for the products to reach us.  Refund through paypal only.

Shipping Policies

We are responsible for lost parcel only if you use registered mail. (extra $3/order(multiple items)).  If you do not pay for registered mail. you can buy the same item 40% off(exclude shipping).  

Shipping Method & Transit Time

All shipments are made via air mail (4-7 days).   If the item is out of stock, you can have full refund, plus you can buy another item with 25% off (except postage)

Shipping Rate

International shipping charge for first item is US$5.95, US$4 for each additional item.

Registered mail extra $3/ order (multiple items).

Courier services $20 for the first item , and $3 for each additional.

For Hong Kong buyer, shipping is HK$5 / order. 

For Singapore and  Malaysia buyer,  shipping is SGN$5, SGN$4  for the first item.

For Macau and China buyer, shipping is HK$15/item.
