Shipping Policy
We are responsible for lost parcel only if you use registered mail. (extra US$3/order(multiple items) For HK buyer HK$13/order)). If you do not pay for registered mail, when the mail was lost, you can buy the same item 40% off (exclude shipping).
Shipping Method & Transit Time
All shipments are made via air mail (4-7 days). If the item is out of stock, you can have full refund, plus you can buy another item with 25% off (except postage)
Shipping Rate
- International shipping charge for first item is US$5.95, US$4 for each additional item.
- Registered mail : extra US$3/ order (multiple items).
- Courier services : US$15 for the first item , and $3 for each additional.
- For Singapore and Malaysia buyer, shipping is SGN$5 for the first item,and SGD$4 for each additional item.
- For Macau and China buyer, shipping is HK$15/item.
- For Hong Kong buyer, shipping is HK$8 /order.
